How come another online billiard store has Lucasi pool cues at much lower prices? Are these the same line? I looked at the Sneaky Pete and it seems to look a bit different from the one here at Seybert's. Sid, are they the same Lucasi cues?

I am not for sure. I do know this, if they are cheaper than what we have here at our store they are breaking Lucasi Cues dealer agreement so i would wonder if they are an authourized Lucasi Cues dealer and if they are getting them direct from Lucasi. We have the Lucasi line priced as low as we can legally go and still be a authorized dealer of the Lucasi cue line. We prefer to deal direct with the manufacturer of most all of our lines. Better customer support and pricing for our customers.

Funny... Upon reading the above post by Sid I may have gotten a cue from an "un"authorized Lucasi dealer. I just won a new L-2012 on E-bay for $165.00. Sid, do you think it's a real one? I guess I'll find out soon enough.

I would imagine it is a real Lucasi. I have never seen a fake that so many people talk about.

Just check the Lucasi tag that comes with the cue, and if you wanted to be sure, the tag has a phone number to the makers of Lucasi (ask for Jason, real good guy) and you can ask about the dealer you bought it from. (If you want to protect the dealer, I would not mention their name.)

alot of people on ebay sell wholesale bought cues at lower prices, it doesnt neccesarily mean they are fake, besides if they where gonna sell a fake cue they would probably sell a dup of a more expensive brand hehe.
