viking shaft to fit Meucci Butt...?

I have a Meucci cue now. And I do like the feel and look of this Meucci cue. What I can't stand is the quality of the shaft that Meucci provide in their "Red Dot" Shaft. It has many blemishes or discolorations in their shafts.

I have seen some of the mid-level cues from Viking and they seem to use very high quality woods in their shafts.

My questions: is will "Viking" make a shaft to fit my Meucci Butt?
Also the "Red Dot" taper seems to work very well. Will Viking make a similar taper in the shaft that I order?

How does the Standard Viking taper differ than the Meucci Red dot taper?

Lastly does anyone know what this would cost?
