In addition, we believe our customers deserve our very best efforts as well as our respect and courtesy. Customer service is what makes or breaks a business in today's world. For the past 10 years or so online, it is what has made us.

We are very lucky to have a great group of people here at Seybert's Billiard Supply. Our staff is very knowledgeable in the billiard industry and is always available to answer your questions or help in any way possible. If you have any questions before your purchase, during your purchase, or after the purchase, rest easy in the knowledge that we will be here for you.

We have certified table mechanics at Seybert's that set up our tables that are sold at our store. We have set up tables all over the midwest (actually, as far west as California in one case) for our customers so we are able to field questions regarding table recovers, table repairs, and other information that our customers might need.

People expect information about their order at their fingertips. They need to know where their order is every step of the way through the process. We have that information available to you by logging into your account. From there you can see that your order was placed, when the order is shipped, the order will be labeled completed and your tracking number will be shown with a link.
